Access paywall usage statistics

Accessing insightful paywall statistics helps you stay updated on the performance of your paywall membership offerings and make informed decisions about your content monetization strategies.
Payments analytics
As an admin, you can access a variety of metrics related to paywalls via the payment analytics dashboard, part of the analytics feature.
To access the payments dashboard, select Analytics from the left sidebar, then select Payments. Here are all the tabs available in the dashboard:
Overview: Gain a broad overview of all payment-related interactions within the community.
Subscriptions: Access insights into your subscription-based revenue and how paywalls with subscription pricing are performing. You can view metrics such as MRR, net subscribers growth, and churn rate.
One-time: View metrics related to one-time fee paywalls, including the number of transactions, average revenue of one-time fee transactions, and revenue growth.
Installments: Understand the performance of paywalls with installment pricing, including the number of active installments, revenue, and revenue growth.
Conversions: Gain insights into how visitors interact with your paywalls. With metrics such as page views, conversions, bounce rates, and more, you can identify strengths and areas for improvement in your paywall setup and marketing strategies.
Upsells: Gain insights into how visitors interact with your upsells. With metrics such as upsell conversions, checkout revenue, conversion details, conversion rate, and more, you can identify strengths and areas for improvement in your upsell setup and strategy.
💡 Tip: On the payments dashboard, you can utilize options such as filters, date ranges, and data grouping to narrow down data for targeted insights.
Access the information about paywall subscribers and purchases
On the paywalls settings page, you can also view the information about the number of paywall subscribers and purchases.
To access it, click Payments in the left sidebar, and here you can view the following options:
Subscribers: Shows the count of members subscribed to recurring and installment pricing (including trials) next to a particular paywall. Any members with canceled paywall subscriptions are excluded from the count. Click the subscriber count next to a paywall to access a filtered subscriptions page with data specific to that paywall.
Purchases: Shows the count of successful one-time fee paywall purchases marked with a paid status, including purchases of zero amounts. Any full refunds for one-time fee payments, recurring subscription payments, and installments are excluded from the purchase count. Click the purchase count next to a paywall to access a filtered transactions page with data specific to that paywall.
