Hosting multiple live sessions simultaneously

Last updated: September, 2026

Our Circle live feature offers you the flexibility to start an instant live session or schedule it via events in your community. Let’s explore how many live sessions your community can host at the same time.

ℹ️ Note: Each live session consumes from your total live feature limits. Therefore, it's crucial to review your plan details to ensure you're within the allocated live limits. For more details, see View and increase the live limits of your community plan.

Instant live stream or room

  • Community or public visibility: When an admin opts for a live session with community or public visibility, the community can host only one live session at a time. This implies that while one admin is live, the option for other admins to go live becomes temporarily unavailable.

    • 💡 Tip: If you would like to host more than one community stream/room session simultaneously, you can host it using events and share the live URL in your community to help members join the session.

  • Private visibility: If an admin selects private visibility, other admins can still initiate instant live sessions using private visibility from their community accounts. It's important to note that if you've added an admin as an attendee to your private live session, they won't be able to start their own instant live session from their account until your session ends.

    • ℹ️ Note: If more than one private live session is being hosted in the community simultaneously, members will only see a live banner of the session that started most recently.

Live events

For multiple events scheduled to begin simultaneously or around the same time, each event host can directly start the live session from the event details page. Attendees of the events can join either from the event details page or through live notifications.
