Last updated: September 27, 2023

Are you ready to take your content management to the next level? In this article, we'll show you how to harness the power of scheduling, a feature available to the admin and moderator of the post space, to ensure your posts are shared at the perfect time automatically.

ℹ️ Note: The option to schedule or save a post as a draft is only available on desktop and mobile browsers.

To get started, craft your post within the post space. You can also schedule any saved drafts by visiting the post management page in your community settings.

Once you are ready, follow these steps to schedule a post:

  1. While in the post editor, click the dropdown icon beside Publish and select Schedule post.

  2. In the schedule picker, choose the date and time you want your post to go live, and then click Save. Please note that the posts are scheduled according to your device’s system time zone.

  3. A banner will appear at the top of the post, indicating the schedule for your post. If you need to make any adjustments or delete the schedule, simply click the icons located on the banner.

  4. When you're ready, click the Schedule post. You'll be directed to the post management page, where you can conveniently view, edit, or delete your drafted or scheduled posts.

To manage all your drafts and scheduled posts within the community spaces, you can navigate to the post management page by clicking the community name or logo in the top-left corner and selecting Posts.
