Circle is currently not compatible with the OpenID Connect Protocol. The only tested OIDC solution that will work is [**Outseta’s Open ID Connect Protocol**](https://go.outseta.com/support/kb/articles/amRZYjmJ/how-to-enable-single-sign-on-sso-via-openid-connect-to-authenticate-users-into-multiple-platforms). Auth0's Open ID Connect Protocol is not recommended.

Our OAuth flow does not support JSON Web Tokens (JWTs), which will cause errors when using any OIDC platforms layered on top of OAuth 2.0.

As an alternative, you can use any of our built-in SSO solutions (list of supported providers [**here**](https://circle.so/pricing)), or you can set up Custom SSO with OAuth 2.0 (instructions [**here**](/p/sso-and-integrations/sso/set-up-custom-sso)).
