# Move your posts to another space in bulk

Moving multiple posts from one space to another can save you time and help keep your content organized. Whether you are reorganizing your community content or need to relocate it for any other reasons, this guide will show you how to move your posts quickly and efficiently.

## Key things to know

Here are a few key things to know about moving posts:

- **Supported content** : Content from post and image type spaces is eligible for bulk move. You can move basic posts or image posts to any other posts with the same space type.

- **Availability** : This feature is available to all admins within your community on desktop or mobile web. Additionally, moderators can also utilize it for spaces they moderate.

- **Filters** : When you use this bulk action, it takes filters into consideration when selecting the post for the move. You can utilize the filters available on the page to narrow down post-selection to those with specific titles, authors, topics, and space locations.

- **Post engagement** : When you move a post to a new space location, any engagement it has received, such as likes or comments, will stay with the post.

## Move posts

To move your posts in bulk, follow these steps:

1. To start, click the community name or logo in the top-left corner and select **Posts**. 

2. To filter your posts, select the relevant option in the filters bar, enter your desired criteria, and click **Apply**. These filters will help you narrow down the list of posts that you want to move to a different space.

3. Click the Bulk actions option below the filters bar and select **Change space**.

4. Select the space from a list where you want to move your posts.

5. Next, review the information provided, including the number of posts that will be moved, and confirm the action by typing the confirmation key displayed in the prompt.

6. Click **Continue** to finalize the action.

## Access bulk logs

After confirming the change space action, a bulk log will be created with key information about this action.

You can access the logs by clicking the community name or logo in the top-left corner and selecting **Posts**. In the sidebar menu, click **Bulk logs**.

Here, you can see logs for all the bulk actions executed with information such as:

- **Action** : The type of bulk action performed.

- **Resource** : The name of the target space where posts were moved. 

- **Created**  **by** : The name of the user who performed the action.

- **Status** : The current status of the action (pending, started, succeeded, or failed).

- **Progress** : Displays the bulk action progress in real-time.

- **Output CSV** : A CSV file containing key details about each post involved in the change space action.

- **Created at** : The date when the bulk action was performed.

To download the log's CSV file, click the output.csv hyperlink in the **Output CSV** column. This file provides details about each post, including:

- **Post ID and URL:** Identifiers for each post.

- **Post name:** Title of the post, if available.

- **Status** : The status of the change space action (e.g., succeeded, failed, skipped, pending).

- **Summary** : A summary of action taken for each post when relevant.
