To make poll data analysis even easier, you can export poll responses from community posts. Here’s everything you need to know about exporting poll results.

## About poll response CSV

As an **admin or moderator** , you can export the responses in a CSV file format from a desktop or mobile web browser. This provides many benefits:

- Easily sort and analyze results using spreadsheet tools on your computer.

- Share insights with your team for informed decision-making.

- Maintain a historical record of poll results for future reference.

The CSV file of poll responses includes:

- **Name** : The name of the user who participated in the poll.

- **Email** : The email address associated with the user’s account.

- **Response** : The specific option selected by the user.

- **Created at** : The date and time (UTC) when the response was submitted.

## Export poll responses

After you have published a post, you can export the poll responses anytime. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the post space and locate the post containing the poll.

2. Next to the poll question, click the More actions (three dots) icon and select **Export responses as CSV**.

When you export poll responses, the CSV file will be sent directly to your account's email address.
