Once you have started creating paywalls, you can manage them from the paywalls page in your community settings. This gives you a complete view of every paywall created in your community, along with the ability to update and manage them.

## View paywalls

To access paywalls created in your community, select **Payments** in the left sidebar, then select **Paywalls**.

The paywalls page is organized into two tabs:

- **All** : Shows every active or draft paywall.

- **Archived** : Shows any paywalls that have been archived.

Each paywall entry appears in a table with the following details:

- **Name** : The display name of the paywall. If the internal name is added, it will appear instead.

- **Status** : Whether the paywall is active, archived, or in draft.

- **Amount** : The price of the paywall, including trial period if enabled. The first price listed if multiple prices have been added to the paywall.

- **Created at** : The date when the paywall was created.

- **Subscribers** : This indicates the count of members subscribed to recurring and installment pricing (including trials).

- **Purchases** : Displays the number of successful one-time fee paywall purchases marked with a paid status, including purchases of zero amounts.

### Filter paywalls

If you have many paywalls, filters help you quickly find what you’re looking for.

1. In any tab, click on **Filters** on the left corner and choose one of the default filters in the filter bar.

2. Select your filter and enter the search criteria. Some filters include checkboxes so you can select multiple values.

3. Click **Apply** to confirm.

You can repeat these steps to layer multiple filters. Keep in mind that filters use an **AND** condition, so results must match all filters you set. Available filters include:

- **Paywall** : Narrow results by display name. You can select multiple paywalls.

- **Name** : Search by internal or display name. Start typing and choose from matching results.

- **Currency** : Show paywalls that are set to a specific currency.

- **Price type** : Filter by paywall price type, such as one-time fee or subscription.

- **Trial period** : Search by trial length (minimum, maximum, or a specific range). For example, search for paywalls that have a trial period of at least 30 days or between 35 and 45 days.

- **Subscription group** : Find paywalls added to a specific subscription group.

- **Access groups** : Show paywalls that provide access to specific access groups.

- **Created at** : Use predefined date ranges or a custom range to find paywalls that were created in a specific timeframe.

### Sort paywalls

You can sort the paywall table by clicking any sortable column header, such as **Title** , **Status** , or **Created At**. Click a column header to sort the paywalls by that field. For example, click **Title** to arrange paywalls alphabetically by name. An arrow indicates the current sort order. Click the column header again to toggle between ascending and descending order.

## Copy a paywall checkout URL

Each paywall has a unique checkout URL that takes visitors directly to the checkout page, where they can review the details and complete their purchase. On the **Paywalls** page, click **Copy link** next to a paywall to copy its checkout URL.

As an admin, you can also use this link in an incognito browser window to experience the checkout page as a visitor to confirm the paywall setup.

## Manage paywalls

You can manage your paywalls directly from the **Paywalls** page. To access various options, hover over the paywall entry. Then click the **More actions (three dots icon)** and select the option.

- **View as** : View the paywall as a specific community member to see exactly what they can access.

- **Archive** : Archive the paywalls that you don’t want to offer anymore. For more information, see [**Archive or delete a paywall**](/p/payments/paywall-management/archive-or-delete-a-paywall).
