Duplicate broadcasts
Last updated: October, 2026
Duplicating a broadcast is a convenient way to reuse email content and streamline the process of creating new broadcasts. Whether the original broadcast is in draft, sent, or scheduled status, you can duplicate it to quickly build a new broadcast with the same audience and content.
About duplicating a broadcast
If you have similar content to share again, duplicating a broadcast lets you quickly make adjustments rather than starting from scratch. You can also use it as a workaround for templates. You can create a set of 3-4 draft broadcasts as “templates” and duplicate them when needed to build new broadcasts.
When you duplicate a broadcast, the following elements from the original broadcast are retained:
Audience: The same audience setup from the To section of the original broadcast applies to the duplicated broadcast.
Subject and preview text: The original subject line and preview text setup are carried over, allowing you to reuse or tweak them as needed.
Content: The content section is also carried over, allowing for easy modification for the new broadcast.
Duplicate a broadcast
To duplicate a broadcast:
Click Marketing in the left sidebar, then select Broadcasts.
Navigate to the relevant tab and locate the broadcast you want to duplicate.
Hover over the broadcast, click More actions (three dots), and select Duplicate.
A duplicated broadcast will automatically be set to draft status and named with “(copy)” appended to the original title for easy identification. From the Broadcasts page, you can rename, edit, and finalize the broadcast delivery.
