# Manage availability of voice messaging in your community

As an admin, you have the ability to control the availability of voice messaging in your community.

To manage voice messaging availability:

1. Click the community name or logo in the top-left corner and select **Settings.**

2. In the sidebar menu, click **Messaging**.

3. Toggle on or off the **Enable voice messaging** option.

4. Click **Save changes.**

It’s important to note that when you disable voice messaging, no one can send or receive it going forward. However, any voice messages that have already been sent will remain in the community.
