We’re thrilled to be your partner as you bring your community vision to life. In this article, we outline your full onboarding experience, what to expect at each stage, and the support systems and services available to you as a Circle Plus customer.

## Your onboarding experience

Onboarding with Circle Plus is a 90-day collaborative journey with your dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM). You’ll meet weekly or biweekly, depending on availability and project scope. After onboarding, you transition to an ongoing success cadence tailored to your plan.

There’s no one-size-fits-all onboarding. Every customer has different needs and maturity levels, but our core framework ensures a consistent and high-impact experience.

### Timeline expectations

- **Full launch (web + apps)**: Typically within 60-90 days.

- **Community setup & design** : 30-60 days.

- **App design & publishing** : 4-6 weeks (post pre-requisites being completed, outlined below. Typically, we begin this project 4-6 weeks into onboarding).

If you have a shorter timeline, a web launch may be achievable faster, but app store launches have fixed dependencies and timelines.

### App design & publishing pre-requisites

During onboarding, we’ll provide you with a detailed project plan to help you work through all app launch prerequisites smoothly.

Timely action and prioritization on your part are essential to keeping the process moving efficiently on our end.

- D-U-N-S number obtained.

- Apple Developer Account (organization) & Google Play Store Developer Account (organization) created and accessible to Circle Team. For more information see [Setting up app developer accounts](https://help.circle.so/p/branded-apps/implementation-and-launch/setting-up-app-developer-accounts).

- Your community structure should be fully built, including spaces, content, cover images, thumbnails, and space icons throughout your community.

- A custom domain must be configured, and is required for app store submission.

- Apply your theme design across both light and dark modes for a polished, branded experience.

- Publish any courses that will be available at launch and ensure example event spaces are pre-populated.

- Complete any additional content areas that are critical for launch readiness, your CSM will advise you on this.
