Access list of members who received access via an invitation link

If you have set up invitation links for your community, you can see who received access to your community via a particular invitation link.

The invitation link filter is only available to admin roles within your community. It allows you to identify the members who utilized specific invitation links and perform bulk actions via Circle workflows.

You can use this filter in the following areas of your community:

• Manage audience page

• Member directory

• Member type space

• Bulk action workflows

ℹ️ Note: The results also include members who may have initially signed up through a different method but later used the invitation link you shared to gain access to specific spaces, space groups, or paywall trials.

To access the list of members for a particular invitation link, follow these steps:

1. Click the community name or logo in the top-left corner and select Audience.

2. In the sidebar menu, click Invitation links.

3. Next to the invitation link name, click the hyperlinked number in the Members joined column. 

   

You’ll be taken to the manage audience page, where you can see the list filtered by invitation link. You can also navigate to the invited, admins, or moderators tab to view anyone who received access via the invitation link. 

💡 Tip: On the Invited tab of the manage audience page, the invitation link filter helps you see the list of members who are still in invited status. These are members who may have signed up using the invitation link and set up their email and password but haven’t completed the onboarding process yet, which involves completing the profile creation step. 

The invitation link filter is available as an audience rule in the bulk action workflow. This allows you to filter your audience by members who received access via an invitation link. 

You can perform various actions such as:

• Send a direct message 

• Add member tag

• RSVP members to an event

• Add members to spaces and space groups

• Enable or disable member’s direct messaging capability
