Export rejected content from moderation

Last updated: October, 2026

As an admin or a moderator of spaces and space groups of your community, you can export a CSV file of rejected content from your community for further analysis.

About rejected content export

The CSV export of the rejected content helps you analyze trends in violations, understand who is posting and reporting the content, and understand the reasons behind each report. Using this data, you can strengthen your community guidelines and improve moderation efforts.

This data can reveal members who repeatedly violate your guidelines, so you can take further moderation action if needed. It also highlights active reporters who regularly flag content, offering insight into who’s helping enforce your community guidelines.

The CSV file includes key details such as:

  • The space where the content was posted.

  • Title and type of the content.

  • Author and reporter names with profile URLs.

  • Report reasons and any additional details provided.

  • Action note left by an admin or moderator when the content was rejected.
